A few weeks ago somebody asked me that BIG question that USED to have me second guessing myself

“Ra’chel, what do you want to do with your life?”

Now if you have asked me this back in middle school I would immediately say, “WRITE and MODEL”

Or, in high school up until my freshman year I would probably have a new career goal every week.

BUT

This time I have an answer. Do you know what I told that person?

“I’m going to be the next Tyler Perry and Tyra Banks one day.”

I got this weird look and smirked, but guess what????

It didn’t stop me from believing because I know I am capable of CHASING……

I got turned down twice in ONE week by TWO different modeling agencies.

ONE was a scam and wanted me to pay $700 for photoshoots and the OTHER wanted to date me and he thought I just wanted to be a model for fun and not be serious about it. PLUS one of his models hated me because she thought I was gonna steal her shine.

“It’s enough people in this world to see our faces on VOGUE, SEVENTEEN, & GLAMOUR right?????”

“Why steal the lime light?”

Those were questions I asked myself…..

&&& It didn’t stop me at all. I shed no tear or stopped believing.
WHY????
Because THEY will see my face again REAL SOON!!!!

This is only the beginning…
